(30/32 update)
Seventeen hours on...
Bleeding has stopped, anaestheses wore off much quicker than anticipated (could it be due to drinking or reduced morphine dosage?), slept for nearly half a day, I don't stink as bad as expected, and... I ate nice, spicy, rich foods. The pain has subsided, too.
...which means today is a normal day. Hooray! ^o^
P.S. there's slight bleeding when brushing teeth and un-boiled water is still off-limits, but everything else is fine.

I have now fully recovered from the said minor op... so it's gonna be about nice food from now on!
